52 Christmas Card Throw Down Challenge #7


A fellow stamper suggested I check out this blog, and I am so glad I did! This week's challenge is a color challenge to use Black, White and a splash of Blue. Here is what I came up with.  I hope you can see the Shimmer Mist. It really makes it look like winter!

I used all Stampin' Up materials to make the card. The card base is Pool Party embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots. The rest of the card is Basic Black and Whisper White card stock. The stamp sets are Lovely as a Tree and Wandering Words. I used Staz On Jet Black ink and spritzed with Vanilla Shimmer Mist.

    Thanks for all of your comments. I must confess that the Lovely as a Tree is one of my favorites and I love Santa and the reindeer flying above the trees.
